Multi-Layer Material Integration & Handling

The primary function of the lay-up system is to automate the complex "sandwich" assembly process. It seamlessly integrates the loading of glass, the precise cutting and placement of EVA/POE films, and the positioning of the interconnected solar cell matrix. By automating these delicate handling steps, the system eliminates human error and potential contamination, which are the leading causes of bubbles or delamination during the subsequent lamination process.

Non-Destructive Vacuum Transfer Technology

To protect fragile solar cell strings during high-speed transfer, our lay-up machines utilize specialized non-destructive vacuum pick-and-place heads. These soft-touch grippers are engineered to distribute pressure evenly across the entire string, preventing micro-cracks even when handling ultra-thin wafers. This gentle yet rapid handling ensures that mechanical integrity is preserved from the stringer all the way to the layup table, maximizing overall production yield.

Smart Automation & Seamless Line Integration

Designed for Industry 4.0 compatibility, our lay-up systems feature intelligent recipe management that allows for rapid switching between different module layouts (e.g., 60-cell, 72-cell, or half-cut designs). The system communicates in real-time with upstream stringers and downstream laminators, creating a continuous, high-throughput workflow. With integrated EL (Electroluminescence) pre-inspection options, it ensures that only perfect lay-ups proceed to the oven, significantly reducing material waste.
